Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Steven Blanco said the crash occurred around 8:17 p.m. on a two-path street around nine miles from the city of Andrews, northwest of Midland Odessa.

The college claimed Ford traveler van was moving the groups from a golf competition in West Texas, Blanco said at the scene.
