When you first launch Lightroom, it creates a default “My Photos” profile for you. This is the profile where all your photos are stored, and from which you can access all of your photos, videos, and edits. You can create additional profiles for different uses (work, travel, etc.), but all of your edits and photos will be stored in the My Photos profile.

This will show all of your Lightroom photos and videos, as well as any slideshows or collections you created in the app. You can also access your profile by going to “Settings” in the app and selecting “Profiles”.

Adobe profiles are sets of preferences, settings, and configurations that help you work with Adobe products more efficiently. When you create a new Adobe profile, you can choose to use the default settings or customize them to your specific needs. For example, you might want to adjust the color settings or add extensions to supported applications. You can also save your profile so that it’s automatically applied when you open an Adobe product.

In Lightroom Classic, you can create profiles that store settings for a particular type of photo. For example, you might create a profile for portraits that adjusts the white balance, exposure, and sharpening to produce photos that look more natural. You can then use this profile when you take photos of people in portrait mode.

Lightroom mobile lets you add profiles to your device, which lets you have separate sets of settings for different types of photos. For example, you might have a profile for portrait photos, one for travel photos, and one for casual photos. This is helpful if you want to be able to quickly switch between different types of photos without having to change all of the settings in Lightroom.

If the profile is located on your computer, you can access it by going to Lightroom mobile’s Library and selecting the Import button in the toolbar.
